You can create super easy-to-use signup forms in minutes, and we'll give you a link you can send to anyone you want to sign up.
Send the link out to your email list, Facebook groups, newsletter, or anywhere else, then sit back and relax as the signups roll in. Clipboard takes care of collecting attendee information, and automatically sends out reminders and event information as it approaches.
Future events will also be easier to organize and promote, since you'll have access to the information provided by everyone that has signed up for a previous event. Your own personal "Attendee Database" gives you a list of people who are already likely interested in your next event!

There are two main types of forms you can create:
1. A timeslot-based form, where attendees choose from a list of time slots (for example a 30-minute slot at 2:30pm next Tuesday), enter their information, and get automatic reminders as the event approaches
2. A "who is bringing what?" form, which allows people to sign up to bring specific items. For example, a list of classroom supplies, individual supplies for a charity project, or camping supplies for an upcoming youth summer camp.
The best part is you can even combine the two.
"Pro" and "Team" accounts allow you to add other event organizers to your account so that you can work together and organize your event quickly and easily, all from one place.
When attendees sign up for your event, they provide their email and (optionally) a phone number. When they sign up, and as the event approaches, we automatically send them the event information that you provided, and the details about what they signed up for.
If you want to send additional information or updates prior to the event, you can use the "Group Messaging" feature at any time.
We partner with Stripe to provide you with online payment options without any additional fees beyond what they require. In other words, we do not collect a fee beyond what they do.
Stripe's pricing is typically 2.9% + 30ยข per transaction.
Setting up an account with Stripe and connecting it to your Clipboard account is easy. It only takes about 10 minutes and we'll walk you through every step.
When people sign up for your events, they provide their information which we save for you in your account. You can then refer back to that information even after the event is complete.
Over time, your database will grow, which makes it easier to promote future events to people who have already attended one of your previous events.
Previous attendees are also much more likely to sign up again, because they know and trust you. This makes setting up and collecting registrations for future events much faster and easier.
When you create a new signup form, we'll give you a link you can use to promote your event and ask people to sign up. We do not publish that link anywhere, so random strangers are not likely to find it unless they happen to be on your mailing list (or wherever you choose to promote your event).
As an added measure, you can optionally password-protect your signup page, so that only people with the password can see it.
By default, people who signup for your event can make changes on their own if they need to. This makes it easier for you, because you won't have to deal with endless "Can you change my time?" or "I can't make it any more" emails and messages.
If you would like more control over changes to your event signups, you can optionally select a "prevent changes to existing signups" checkbox when you create your signup form, which will not allow people to make changes on their own.

Plans are based on how many active signup forms you need at a time, and how many other event organizers you want to have access to your account.
If you're flying solo and only need an event signup form every once in awhile, then the "Basic" plan is probably enough for you.
However, if you regularly manage signups and need to work with a small team of organizers, consider the "Pro" plan.

We appreciate all that teachers do, and are proud to be able to provide free "Pro" accounts to any teacher or educator that signs up.
All you need to do is sign up with your .edu email address, and you'll be automatically set up with a free account. If, for some reason, you don't have a .edu email address, simply reach out and let us know. We'll hook you up!
We realize this may also allows students with .edu email addresses to sign up for free, and we're ok with that too. Both teachers and students are in a similar boat: too much to do and not enough resources. We've got you covered!
